Duration of data storage
If the data is no longer required, we will delete it, checking this once per calendar year, unless we have received further consent from you.

Transfer of data to third parties
Unless there is a legal obligation to do so, or it is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes (e.g. passing on address data to parcel service providers for delivery), we will not pass on this data to third parties without obtaining your consent.

Your rights regarding your personal data
You can request the following from us at any time, informally and free of charge:
  • information about the data we have stored about you and its use
  • correction of this data
  • restrictions or termination of the use and processing of data if you do not agree with the type of processing and we invoke a balancing of interests for the processing
  • the immediate deletion of your data (unless other legal provisions prevent this)
